Аннотация: Currently, only a few molecules are known to activate the lectin pathway of complement activation: the human ficolins and the mannose‐binding lectin (MBL). It has been shown that the MBL2 gene polymorphisms are associated with a risk of developing more severe gastric mucosal atrophy in Helicobacter pylori(Hp)‐infected patients and Показать полностьюgastric cancer risk. The influence of the variants of the L‐ficolin gene (FNC2) on the Hp infection rate is not studied well.
